It is capable of bagging 20Kg to 50Kg open mouth bag with ease.
The system comes equipped with a HMI Touchscreen that also displays the hourly production of the bagging scale.
The system comes with Twin Speed Filling process wherein the flow speed decreases at the end of the filling process to ensure accurate weight of the bag.
Furthermore, ABS can also give you complete production log of all products with percentage extraction through SCADA.. (Provided our bagging scale is installed at all bagging platforms)
